Submitting /Re-Selling Books

Books

1. All submission should be send with the name of the book,name of the author,number of pages,genre of the book and image of the book(front cover,back cover,the thickness of the book and the inner page(one will do) of the book to assess the quality of the book.

2.Give your name,contact number &email address with the price you're intended  to sell.
​
3.The book should be yours,not stolen /library copy or copies that is not allowed to sell in developed countries/or in any ways violated the copy right of the book's distribution.
​
4.Arible.com will not to be responsible for any damage or misleading caused by the seller.
​
5.Following  successful selling,the payment will be delivered to the book's owners once the payee satisfied with the book.
If the book is to be found not genuine as promised or damaged in a way intended to be hidden,the book will be returned to the buyer,the postage and a penalty be imposed.
​
5.15% will be charged on the cost of the book(delivery charges is excluded in the percentage) .The delivery charges  will be included in the sub total of the book's price which will be paid by the buyer and the money goes to the seller because the seller is the one that will do the postage.
​
6.Once  the postage is done,the tracking number will be given to the seller and successful over all transaction will release the fund immediately to the seller.
 
7.If the buyer failed to notify any dissatisfaction within 7 days after receiving or failed to respond to our mail,on the 8th day,the payment will be auto credit to the seller.
​
8. A good transaction is non-refundable.
 
The rules & regulation might change subjected to time.
The terms might seems inconvenient but it was designed to prevent fraudery or unpleasant
experience for our customers.

  6. What are the prohibited items which can’t be posted using FlexiPack?

    1. Valuable items like jewellery, security bond, monies (cash), etc.

    2. Explosives, flammables, corrosives, aerosols, radioactive, etc.

    3. Narcotic substances such as opium, marijuana, cocaine, morphine, etc.

    4. Indecent items/goods, such as obscene pornographic VCDs, etc.

    5. Any other firearms and dangerous weapons.

    6. Liquid substances and fragile items.

       

  7. What are the consequences if the customer sends prohibited items?

    Pos Malaysia Behad will not responsible if the items are detained by the authorities.
     

  8. If the weight is more than the maximum weigh allowed, what will happen to the package?

    Pos Malaysia Berhad has the right to reject the items/goods and customers will be advised to purchase new FlexiPack according to the item that they want to post.
     

  9. How to track and trace FlexiPack item?

    Customers may track and trace the item at our website; www.pos.com.my
     

  10. Does FlexiPack provide Proof of Delivery (POD)?

    No.
     

  11. What are the procedures taken by Pos Malaysia if FlexiPack fails to be sent to the recipient?

    Postman will leave a Call Card at the premise for recipient to collect the FlexiPack at window delivery counter.
     

  12. How long is the collection period for FlexiPack at Delivery Office counter?

    Within 15 calendar days including public holidays.
     

  13. What are the procedure taken by Pos Malaysia if FlexiPack is not collected within 15 calendar days?

    FlexiPack which is not claimed will be sent to the Dead Letter Office and will not be returned to the sender.
     

  14. Where can customers get more information about FlexiPack?

    Customers can get more information by:

    1. Calling our Customer Service PosLine at 1-300-300-300 or +603-2727-9100 from 8:30am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday; and 8:30am to 5:00pm on Saturdays; except for public holidays and the first Saturday of the month

Unlike Pos Laju, Flexipack does not require recipient signature, and the delivery duration is slightly slower than Pos Laju...... Downside of FlexiPack, slower than  Pos Laju but cheaper than Pos Laju.

Other than that,there is no second delivery service which means,if  the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully, e.g. due to nobody at home, the parcel will be kept at the local post office.You have to go to the local post office and provide the tracking number to the postal clerk. To know exactly where is the parcel, just track it at the Pos Malaysia website.

Pos Ekspres

Pos Ekspres is a fast, convenient and economical means of sending sensitive documents based on next day delivery guarantee instead of following the regular delivery schedule. The guarantee is based upon the Next Day Delivery Networks as included on the special Pos Ekspres envelopes.

 

Pos Ekspres guarantees the reach of the mails at the intended destination within one, two or three days depending on the delivery zone. Non-conforming to its highly valued standard of service in terms of speed, Pos Ekspres reaches out to more than 344 mail destinations within the country.

 

In aiming to create a fuss-free delivery system for its customers, Pos Ekspres comes with its own specific envelopes and packets. There are five standard sizes of Pos Ekspres envelopes and the maximum weight allowed for this service is 1kg. The lists of delivery destinations according to days of delivery are supplemented with each Pos Ekspres envelopes/packets.

You can purchase the special Pos Ekspres envelopes/packets at all outlets. The size depends on your items. Follow the instructions as inserted in the envelope/packet. It is essential because it provides delivery schedule for different delivery zone along with a barcode which you can trace the delivery status of your item.

 

Pos Ekspres is posted in the specially allocated Yellow Posting Boxes to differentiate it from normal mailings. Do not post at the red Posting Box as this will delay delivery. You can also post it at the counter at any Post Offices nearby.
